England's Rose is a compact, bushy-growing shrub rose with medium-sized, double blooms with a button eye. These have an intense, spicy fragrance reminiscent of 'old roses', open even in wet weather, and appear in clusters throughout the year. England's Rose was also one of the many names for Elizabeth Stuart.

A beauty, although I got hers bare-root from England because you couldn't get it anywhere here.
She is an absolute non-stop bloomer, even in her first year in a pot, her flowers a really vivid pink, only semi-double with stamens in the centre.
Her fragrance is rather medium-strength and varies with the daily temperature; in strong heat it is barely noticeable, and that is the only drawback...She is not a rose for midday sun but tolerates semi-shaded spots well, and the flowers also last longer there.
A lovely, hard-working addition to my small garden.
Unfortunately I didn't manage to get the pictures uploaded. An interesting, lesser-known rose dedicated to Princess Diana, very dark pink, a button eye shows as it fades, I think she prefers partial shade, fades quickly in the sun, the fragrance is unique, varies a little with weather and sun...she is incredibly healthy...there was nothing to be found on her the whole season.
Her flower is medium-sized, about 7 cm on mine, but she is still young too...
