Important customer information 1. Conclusion of contract The purchase contract is concluded by the customer's order and delivery of the goods. Details regarding payment, delivery and fulfilment Unless stated otherwise on the website, we dispatch the goods as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 working days, but not on Thursdays and Fridays) by post. With the delivery you will receive an invoice for the total amount payable. 3. Right of withdrawal You may withdraw your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this notice. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in good time.
