Tea Roses
The first tea roses were not fully winter-hardy and were therefore kept more under glass than in the garden. Nevertheless, tea roses are exceptionally beautiful varieties, and the hardier ones among them can certainly achieve rewarding results in warmer climate zones (wine-growing climate) at well-chosen sites. If they are kept in pots and overwintered in the house/cellar/garage/greenhouse, there should be nothing to stop you owning one of these very rarely seen roses even in a harsher climate.
