Metal planters

The models for these elegant planters stand in the Orangerie at Versailles. They lend distinction to a private entrance just as much as to a smart shop or fine restaurant.

Unlike the famous French originals made of wood, they are made of heavy galvanised iron. A removable plastic liner allows the plants to be moved effortlessly to their winter quarters, while the planter itself can stay outdoors over winter.

Thanks to the removable liners, the occasional replacement of the substrate and the seasonal planting takes little effort. The traditional planting consists of clipped orange or lemon trees, shaped box or other topiary plants. Incidentally, these planters are built so heavy that they are hard to damage even in exposed locations (pedestrian zones, hotel driveways).
