General shipping information
We generally ship plants from Monday to Wednesday, so avoiding storage over the weekend. This ensures that they arrive with you fresh and healthy. During prolonged heat we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the shipping of potted plants so as not to put them under undue strain during transport. Pre-orders are possible all year round and will be sent on the delivery date given.

GLS or DHL - the choice is yours:
With GLS we can deliver to all European countries

If delivery is to Germany, you can also choose DHL.

TO SWITZERLAND we ship exclusively with DHL

Besides shipping, you can also order for collection in 87700 Memmingen. We will notify you as soon as the plants are ready and can be collected.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer on-site consultation.

Plant supports (rose arches, trellis obelisks, metal trellises and similar) as well as "Living Stones" are shipped directly from the factory by freight forwarder/parcel service.

Packaging Plants packed for shipping
We ship the plants well protected against breakage, in part with straw as filling material, in specially made cartons.

Bare-root plants are watered well and packed in a plastic bag with a little moisture so that they arrive with you fresh.

Depending on the size of the plants, one carton holds up to 5 potted plants or approx. 30 bare-root plants.

Here you will find the dates for rose shipping.

We ship these products free of shipping charges within Germany:

rose fertiliser, soil activator and other fertilisers

Payment / methods of payment
We ship on invoice only. The invoice is enclosed with the shipment, unless a different delivery address has been given. In that case you will receive the invoice separately by letter and pay after receiving the shipment.

Shipping costs
The price shown in the basket after you have entered the delivery country always applies.

The prices shown for roses and plants include VAT, plus shipping costs.

Shipping costs for roses are calculated by the shop system; for other plants / articles, a flat rate shown in the basket and listed in the price list on this page is charged.

The prices shown for "Classic Garden Elements" and "Living Stones" already include the costs of shipping and packaging.

For mixed orders of roses and other plants, we reserve the right to remove the flat rate for plant shipping from the invoice if the plants can be packed together with the roses.

Greetings!
Unfortunately, the shipping costs for potted plants to Switzerland are no longer in proportion to the value/price of the plants.
We therefore ask our Swiss customers to order bare-root stock where possible.

When buying potted plants, collection in Memmingen is also worth considering; in most cases the cost of a car journey (approx. 70 km from Lindau) is lower than the cost of plant shipping.
We are also happy to deliver to an address near the border, but please make sure the plants do not spend too long in a parcel depot.

On express request we also ship containers by post; please contact us by email for this. Unfortunately the cost is at least € 35.- / parcel.

England

Sorry, due to Brexit we cannot ship to the UK anymore. We suggest joining the EU again.

Delivery to Ireland is still possible.
Worldwide
We have experience in shipping plants overseas.
Some of the countries we shipped our plants are:
Ireland, Sweden, Japan, Brasil, Italy, Estonia and others.

Due to quarantine restrictions we are not able to ship directly to USA, Australia, New Zealand and some other.

A common solution for countries with quarantine restrictions is to ask a friend/relative living within the EU to ship the plants as a 'present' ...

Before you order from overseas please ask by eMail if a delivery is possible !
