The rose Elie Semoun is a tall-growing floribunda rose with medium-sized, densely double blooms in dark red. The frost-hardy rose shrub is heat-tolerant, healthy and generally low-maintenance. This also makes it very well suited for a hedge.
What is special about Elie Semoun, however, is its variegated foliage, which provides a distinctive background for the blooms.
