'Celebration Time' is a bedding rose with double, medium-sized flowers in bright red. The fragrance is faint and reminiscent of apple.
The shrub grows 90 to 120 cm tall and so works as the backbone of a bed. It grows tall, bears healthy foliage and flowers reliably.
It was bred by Tom Carruth and the variety was released in 2009. It is also widely sold under the names 'Cinco de Mayo' and 'The Shire', which can be helpful when comparing with other offers.
