Large, creamy apricot-coloured, deeply cup-shaped flowers with a fruity, fresh fragrance. The Shepherdess grows into an upright, bushy shrub that is shown to great advantage when planted on its own. The plant bears only few thorns, which means it is also suitable — even in a container — for more heavily used pathways.
