This Remontant rose stands in my front garden. In June the lushly double violet flowers open. They have a heavy, intense musk fragrance. It is an almost thornless shrub that grows strongly upright and blooms repeatedly. For me it is one of the most beautiful Old Roses, with an abundance of blooms and an enchanting fragrance.

Die Blütenfarbe dieser Rose ist etwas ganz besonderes! Sie wirkt bei mir an einem relativ lichtschattigen Platz geöffnet heller als auf den Bildern und ganz zart, obwohl die Blütenform kräftig und gut gefüllt ist. Sie ist durch die (bei mir nicht so rosanen, sondern wirklich hell-fliederfarbenen) Blüten besonders gut an schattigeren Plätzen weithin sichtbar, ohne ein Leuchten zu verbreiten. Sehr empfehlenswert und gut passend zu hellrosa Blüten.

Eine wunderschöne Rose, die bei uns als eine der ersten gemeinsam mit Salbei und späten Pfingstrosen blüht. Eine außergewöhnliche Farbe wie Flieder, bei uns im Halbschatten ein echter Höhepunkt. Dezenter Duft, eine erste überwältigende Blüte, dann bis zum Herbst sanftes Nachblühen. Leider ist sie bei uns etwas anfällig für Rosenzikaden, ansonsten äußerst robust und gesund. Ein Muß!
