The blackberry 'Navaho' is a low-maintenance variety with upright, thornless canes and high fruit value.
From August, numerous medium-sized, glossy black berries with a sweet, aromatic flavour ripen, ideal for snacking or processing.
In June the plant shows decorative white flowers. The compact shrub grows to about 1.5 m high and is suitable both as a specimen plant and for small gardens.
It prefers sunny to partially shaded locations and thrives in well-drained, moist soils. Robust, hardy and ideally suited to the home garden.
