Pacific Blue is, after Blue Moon / Mainzer Fastnacht, another rewarding lilac-coloured hybrid tea rose. Its large, double blooms exude an intense fragrance and last well in the vase. It has a bushy-upright growth habit and is generally low-maintenance, making it also suitable for beginners or a container.

Heat-stable, perfect blooms, wonderful fragrance, healthy, abundantly flowering roseIt looks somewhat like Frederik Mistral, but its colour is an unbelievably beautiful, truly cool pink. The fragrance is strongly fresh and simply wonderful....not at all silky like with some roses. It grows as a standard rose in a container in a brutally full-sun, very windy slope location. Many roses here unfortunately get brown, wilted petals because it gets too hot for them, and they only bloom briefly. Pacific Blue is the only one with perfect blooms even in high summer. Since spring this beauty is in its third flush, even though I only planted it bare-root last year. A very clear purchase recommendation. Its leaves are absolutely healthy, and even in strong wind the thick blooms do not break off.Automatically translated · Show original
