I have only had Felicite Parmentier for a year, but the absolute beauty of the flowers, the darker red showing through in the centre, are so fascinating that she was the most beautiful one in my garden this year. She tolerates shade and I keep her in a container. There she was quite healthy.
The rose is somewhat smaller than other Alba roses, and also more compact and bushy in habit. It only blooms once, but for a very long time, and gives off a delicious sweet fragrance while doing so. After flowering, the nicely grown, leafy shrub continues to look decorative. It is definitely worth letting this old variety move back into our gardens.
Diese Rose ist der Liebling meiner 16jährigen Tochter und war in diesem Jahr einfach traumhaft schön,daneben ist Great Maidens Blush nahezu verblsst so üppig war sie in ihrer Blüte.Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

Die Feinheit der Blüten-wie Vogelgefieder, die wunderbare Farbschattierung auf der einen Seite und die Robustheit und Wüchsigkeit auf der anderen Seite machen diese Rose zu einem wahren Gartenjuwel. Auch für Anfänger zu empfehlen! Als Schnittblume gut geeignet, doch ohne Handschuhe darf man ihr nicht zuleibe rücken, hat viele viele kleine Stacheln.

Very beautiful, healthy rose.
Planted bare-root this year, and now she has been blooming for many weeks. Wonderful rain-resistant flowers. Even now, although she is still very small, she is one of my favourite roses. The flowers are simply gorgeous. They look delicate like porcelain, yet are very long-lasting. And despite the rough, wet weather this year here in the north, Félicité Parmentier is completely healthy.
I can't report anything negative.

This rose is very thorny. It conquers its place more and more and is a special joy. It seems to be very robust. The blooms of Félicité Permentier are delightful and its intense fragrance is enchanting!
