Blueberries & Cranberries

The American varieties of the garden blueberry are low-growing bushes of up to about 50 cm that bear their blue-bloomed fruits in full sun and partial shade. They all prefer a slightly acidic soil.
Their aromatic fruits are very popular fresh, for jam, as juice, in ice cream and in confectionery.
