August 2003,
Penny Lane has been flowering for weeks and I am absolutely delighted. The rose is completely easy to care for. We mostly have sandy soil here, which I improved with compost. The climbing rose bears dark green foliage from the graft union right up to the flowers, with single or several apricot-coloured flower buds in between, which later also shimmer into pink and then turn white. A pleasant, subtle, delicate rose fragrance when the flower unfolds its petals.
An ideal climbing rose for the rose arch, after about 3 years it is 1.5 m tall.Automatically translated · Show original
