Wide-open, cup-shaped flowers in soft yellow that later becomes lighter. The numerous clusters of airy-looking flowers stand out well against the glossy foliage and exude a slight, pleasant myrrh fragrance. The spent flowers should be deadheaded to encourage quick repeat flowering; towards autumn they can also be left on the plant, allowing the rose hips to form.
As a medium-sized rose bush, Nye Bevan is suitable for mixed borders as well as for a hedge or for keeping in a container. The location can be either in full sun or in partial shade.
