Seit etwa 7 Jahren bin ich stolzer Besitzer von Blairii N0 2.Abgesehen von einer starken Tendenz vom Mehltau befallen zu werden'was sie nicht im geringsten zu stoeren scheint) ist das wirklich eine ganz wundervolle Rose. Bei mir erreicht sie ungeheure Ausmasse; sie ist als Busch gezogen ubd nimmt etwa 3x3 Meter platz ein und ist 2 Meter hoch. Als eine der ersten Rosen im Mai oeffnet sie ein wahres Meer von Blueten,Ueppig,sensuel; kurz alles was man von einer Rose erwartet kann sie darbieten, und dann dieser Duft. Fuer eine solche Oppulenz kann man ihr leicht verzeihen, dass sie nur einmal blueht. Gegen den Mehltau muss man halt ein wenig unternehmen und imm Sommer, wenn sie etliche neue Triebe in den Himmel schickt, sollte man das Giessen nicht vergessen. Bei mir ist die humus und Erdschicht sehr duenn. Sie hat gerademal 30 cm Boden unter den Fuessen, dann kommt harter Schiefer, also obendrein ist sie noch relatif bescheiden. Ich kann nur jedem raten, der ueber genuegend Platz verfuegt(denn den braucht sie unbedingt), schafft sie euch an, sie wird euch nicht enttaeuschen;
Eve
Habe Die Blairii II schon seit 7 Jahren. Sie ist der Inbegriff einer "Dornröschenrose"- dieses zarte Rosa, verschiedene Rosatöne in einer Blüte, dabei absolut nicht anspruchsvoll. Sie sitzt an einer Wand, habe ein großes Loch ca 1x1m in unserer Auffahrt gebuddelt, rankt in einen Zaun-sie blüht nur 1x im Jahr, verwandelt aber den Zaun in ein Dornröschenschloß. Absolut auch für schwierige Standorte zu empfehlen da gesund und genügsam.
