Only to be recommended. Robust and blooms non-stop until autumn. Good for embankments.

I can only agree with Ulrike Dopf: an uncomplicated, willingly flowering and pretty ground cover rose.

Our weeping standard Fairy (approx. 1.4 m) thrives splendidly in its container and was not impressed at all by the last prolonged frosty winter in northern Germany, even completely unprotected. The flowering lasts from early July into autumn and is exceedingly lush - despite wind and weather in a partially shaded position.
All kinds of well-known rose pests are a nuisance. The aphids in spring did not tolerate the rapeseed oil showers well, and against rust and black spot, systemic control agents from Neudorff and Bayer have so far helped 90%. Only against mildew does the Fairy seem to have a natural resistance. In autumn only a strong pruning can keep the growth in check. Conclusion: the rose is rewarding and easy to care for, if you combat pests and fungi immediately.

This rose blooms for months, is absolutely low-maintenance, and tolerates wind and even hard frost. It is somewhat susceptible to aphids, but you can get them under control if you treat early. A very beautiful rose - ideal for border plantings or stone walls.

had a shoot this year that looked as if several had grown together; when it bloomed, it was a bouquet all by itself ...
starts flowering quite late
