I have had this climbing rose for only a year and cannot report much about it yet. But since there is no picture here yet, I would like to introduce it a little. I chose it on the basis of a very enthusiastic review and the accompanying photos. I planted it in a bed next to a yellow-leaved Gleditsia, where it will have to struggle with root competition. So far it is growing nicely. The foliage is fresh green and glossy and was completely free of disease this first summer. The flowering was rather sparse, but perhaps that is normal in the first year. Whether it smells good I can't say yet either, I forgot to sniff the few flowers!! I find the large single flowers, in a salmon-orange-pink whose intensity varies, with the striking stamens, very, very beautiful. Its partners are Clematis Gipsy Queen and Jorma. The first results are promising.Automatically translated · Show original
