This almost continuously flowering hybrid tea rose delights with large, high-built and heavily double blooms in dark red with a yellow reverse. These last a long time and are well suited for the vase. Eddy Mitchell is also gladly shown at rose exhibitions. The shrub grows bushy and upright and bears the blooms, as typical for hybrid tea roses, singly on long, strong stems in front of the dark green foliage.
