Z. D. is a very good shade rose. Completely thornless. Last year it flowered very well on a small east-facing terrace with only about 3 hours of sunlight a day.Automatically translated · Show original
Z.Drouhin is a climbing Bourbon rose. Its wonderful buds, too, open in June into slightly double flowers whose pink tone fades somewhat. It is intensely and sweetly fragrant. After the first big flush it keeps flowering more weakly all season. The rose has no thorns and also tolerates a shadier spot, where it fades less as well.Automatically translated · Show original
Best shade rose of all!!I discovered this rosé by chance, because I tried it on a recommendation from the internet ... and from the 2nd year after planting the rosé is a wonder of blooms !!! I put it in a very unfavourable spot, where the cold east wind hits the rosé directly like a wind tunnel in winter! I planted it in cement "D" bought from OBI, so no frost, safe vase! It gets no direct sun, it is under a birch which also steals the light completely, but the rosé comes back like a miracle every time !! It blooms at least 2 times a year (this year with the warm winter it even opened a 3rd round of buds in December, but not all of them).
In addition it is completely thornless and has a pure raspberry-oriental-rose fragrance.
So I can only recommend the rose!!Automatically translated · Show original
Lovely rose - unfortunately completely scentlessThe rose has developed very well, it has very pretty buds that turn into very pretty blooms, but unfortunately completely scentless. I actually bought it for its fragrance, since it is described here by others as smelling very good, so I'm a bit at a loss.Automatically translated · Show original
Great roseHello
In the first two years the rose had only a few flowers, but then! In the 3rd year lots of flowers that last a long time and smell very good.
The beauty is prone to powdery mildew, but that is easy to control.
It also copes very well with just half a day of sun.
Rosy regards

Amazing fragrance, thornless, good by the terraceZepherine Drouhin: Has stood by the south terrace for 16 years, blooms in the 1st week of June in dense profusion, afterwards sparsely until autumn. Smells intense. Winter protection up to 1.5 m height, is rain-resistant, has aphids in the bud stage, black spot, in this wet year also powdery mildew, drops many leaves after flowering. No chemicals, I let her grow, only pick off the aphids. Because of the lack of thorns good by the terrace, children don't prick themselves. I love her.Automatically translated · Show original
