Plaisanterie by Lens is a cluster-flowering rose with beautiful, semi-double flowers. The colour of the flowers is yellow at first, but they then age to an intense pink. The large clusters make for a beautiful picture. They sit amid semi-glossy, reddish-purple foliage.
Plaisanterie has smaller flowers than the world rose 'Mutabilis', from which it descends. The interplay of colours does not quite reach that of its parent, but in return it is more frost-hardy than the parent variety, which comes from northern Italy. The plant is tolerant of poorer soils, suitable for planting as a hedge and can be used as a cut flower.

Wonderful, easy-care roseThe rose has a wonderful, loose, delicate growth habit and blooms prettily in romantic, soft pink to yellow clusters. The rather poor, lean, dry soil bothers it little, and it came through the first winter with nights down to -15°C without any problem and is sprouting diligently.
The rose is super easy to care for, I can recommend it highly.Automatically translated · Show original
