Large, fully double blooms in light pink and apricot with a very strong fragrance of citrus, rose and tea notes. It also delights with its beautifully divided, quartered bloom form with a button eye. The rose Emily Brontë grows into an upright, bushy shrub with matte green foliage, and also makes a lovely container rose.
The British author Emily Brontë, after whom this rose is named, achieved fame through her only novel 'Wuthering Heights'. Her other works were mainly poems, which Emily published under the pseudonym 'Ellis Bell'.
