Chevy Chase is a dark carmine red, vigorous rambler rose. The blooms are small-flowered and densely double, appearing in clusters of 10-20.

The light green foliage of Chevy Chase forms a beautiful contrast with the clear red of the flower clusters. The plant is very robust, frost-hardy and healthy. The shoots are heavily thorny.
