The Gruß an Labenz in a container with Marie HeleneBoth roses are dreamlike beautiful, smell delicate, their colour is alabaster and they look "fragile". They have an incredibly fine fragrance … For me it is a highlight every year when their blooming starts. I have them standing together in a container on my terrace on the 2nd floor … even my neighbours admire these roses … to strengthen them they get a long-term fertiliser in spring, to ward off harmful insects I have planted garlic next to them. Only the vine weevil is unfortunately not deterred by it - these beetles have to be picked off at dusk. Against bugs I spray them with clove water, in case of heavy aphid infestation I support them with vinegar water made from apple cider vinegar, otherwise I remove the lice with a strong jet of water.Automatically translated · Show original
