A very vigorous, shade-tolerant multiflora hybrid with comparatively large blooms in light yellow, fading to cream. The yellow rambler rose flowers once in early summer, very abundantly, in clusters, with a light tea-rose fragrance.

Glossy, deep green foliage, unfortunately somewhat prone to rust. In our opinion hardier than often assumed; a sheltered, well-ventilated location is recommended. Nowadays only rarely available, but still recommendable, above all for its early and very abundant flowering. Also sold as 'Yellow Rambler' and 'Phyllis Davis'.
