The mulberry 'Red No.2' is a decorative shrub or small tree with sweet, dark red fruits that ripen in June.
The cylindrical berries, up to 4 cm long, resemble blackberries in appearance and impress with their juicy, aromatic flesh. Light, toothed foliage adds extra ornamental effect. The plant reaches 4–5 m in height and thrives best in sunny, warm locations with well-drained soil. Robust, drought-tolerant and sufficiently frost-hardy – an ideal fruit species for home gardens with health-promoting fruits.
