Die Orsola Spinola habe ich seit Ende Mai und sie steht noch "zwischengeparkt" im Topf. Seit ein paar Tagen öffnen die Knospen. Die Blüten haben ein wunderschönes sanftes Rosa, innen etwas kräftiger - außen heller und sie duften ganz herrlich. An jedem Blattstiel sitzen fünf Knospen. Auch der Wuchs der Rose - grazil und elegant - gefällt mir gut. Das Laub ist zierlich und hat einen Stich ins Graugrüne. Eine Super-Sorte! Ich bin gespannt, wie sie remontiert.

Leider hat meine Begeisterung für diese Rose doch einen Dämpfer erlitten. Sie leidet unter dem gleichen Problem wie viele Englische: Wenn sie voll aufgeblüht ist, sind die Stengel zu schwach. Bei meiner Orsola sind auch noch fast alle Knospen gleichzeitig aufgegangen, so dass sie total darniederlag und getützt werden musste. Schade, denn sie hat wirklich sehr hübsche Blüten.
Die gute Nachricht: Sie entwickelt schon wieder eine ganze Reihe neuer Knospen. Hoffentlich blühen die nicht wieder alle gleichzeitig!
